
Learn to Skate
The Learn to Skate program is designed for players with little to no skating experience. Players will learn basic skating skills (forward & backward skating, edges and turns) using fun, developmental drills with the goal of moving to the Enfield Hockey Association's Mini Mite Development hockey program.
Ages
The program is designed for kids 4 to 11 years old with very little skating experience.
Exceptions can be made for 3 year olds you must contact Division Director(Jen Hren at jhren@etrinks.com) prior to Registration
PRACTICES
Practices are once a week on
Fridays at 5:50 pm
at Enfield Twin Rinks
Sign up for both Session and only pay $425

11/7, 11/14, 11/21, 12/5, 12/12, 12/19, 12/26 and 1/2
Cost: $200
Session 2 2025/2026
Dates:
1/9, 1/16, 1/23, 1/30, 2/6, 2/13, 2/20, 2/27, 3/6, 3/13 and 3/20
Cost: $250
USA Hockey Number
Every Skater is required to get a USA Hockey number each season. Please click below to get your 2025-26 Confirmation number. This will be required during registration
Equipment Needed
This program requires Hockey skates, hockey helmet and cage, Neck guard and gloves(does not have to be hockey gloves)
Once the skater is steady on the ice the will need a stick and hockey gloves.
All of this can be purchased at DK's(Store are the far end of Enfield Twin Rinks) or Dick's Sporting Goods.
